It’s fair to say that ChatGPT is the “famous face” of AI and most people are familiar with its very impressive capabilities. However, that’s not what my talk is about. Instead, I’ll highlight some of the many other ways in which AI can be applied by businesses. The speciality at Blackdog Applications is combining AI with machine vision and creative design and I’ll do a live demonstration (brave or stupid, you decide!) of some of the applications we’ve developed for various customers. Throughout the talk, I really want to underline how important the creativity side is to the development of applications. Whereas once technology and its cost was the limitation to development, nowadays the only limitation is imagination. It won’t all be about art though! I’ll also cover the technical aspects of incorporating AI into applications, addressing practical concerns around cost and deployment. AI is a powerful technology, but its value is as a tool. By applying AI and combining it with creativity, businesses can create innovative and impactful applications for a wide range of purposes. My goal is to ignite curiosity and inspire creative technology.
