A two-week festival set to shine a spotlight on Cornwall’s thriving tech industry is launching this
month.

Coming February 2024… ‘Cornwall Festival of Tech’, brought to you by Software Cornwall, will put Cornwall on the map as a destination for tech companies to do business and for young people to pursue a career in tech.

We’re inviting you to lunch, to hear from our incredible keynote speaker and (of course) to hear all about our plans for the Cornwall Festival of Tech 2024 & 2025 and how you can get involved.

The festival will officially take place over two weeks in February and we want to tell you more about it. So join us at the Eden Project from 1045 on Thursday 16th November.

As well as the Software Cornwall team sharing their plans for the Cornwall Festival of Tech we’ll also be joined by our keynote speaker – Georgie Barret!

Known for her vibrant presence on Channel 5’s The Gadget Show, Georgie Barrat isn’t just a tech presenter but a trendsetter. A frequent contributor to platforms like The Guardian and Marie Claire, she’s also a global speaker on future tech trends. Beyond her on-screen charisma, she champions women in tech and holds a VR world record of an astonishing 26.5 hours! This year, she’s set to revolutionise the way we perceive educational technology.
